Taxes and stamp duty.

Costs can vary e.g. by the municipality where you buy, a difference between new construction and resale. Real estate below €100,000 may also have to do with fixed rate. Bank repossessions are also an exeption in higher rates.

  2. Common costs for resorts and apartments between 50€ to 150 € per month
  3. Maintenance private swimming pool 1500 € up to 2000 €
  4. Suma = property tax apartment or small house 250 € -300 € , Villa between 300 € and 900 €
  5. Municipality tax 90 € to 120 €
